Proofs must be signed prior to insertion.  Advertiser is responsible for noting any and all errors.

Cancellations will be honored with a 30-day written notice from the advertiser.

Payment
Paid in full with signing of agreement with camera ready artwork or 50% deposit upon the signing of this agreement to begin design work with balance due upon ad proof approval.  Deposits are not refundable. Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted.

Voice Magazine (Publisher) and Client (Advertiser) agree to the following. Publisher reserves the right to edit all advertisements (ads) and editorial and reject that which can be deemed derogatory or in violation of the Publisher's policies and/or practices. The Advertiser or an agent for the Advertiser agrees to protect and indemnify the Publisher against any and all liability, claim, and demand related to or arising from the publication of the ad or editorial content whether associated with the ad or not.  Advertiser agrees to pay all costs of collection incurred by Publisher. Agencies accept sole financial responsibility for advertising they submit on behalf of other parties. Position preferences may be indicated, however, final placement is at editor's discretion. Publisher is not responsible for ad proofing including changes to an ad requested by the advertiser. Publisher is held harmless from copyright, liability, or any suit whatsoever in conjunction with ad or any part thereof. Advertiser further agrees that a signed, faxed copy of this document is a legal contract. Publisher is not bound by any conditions added to this order by the advertiser('s) representative unless acknowledged by the Publisher in writing.

Any changes to this agreement must be in writing signed by both parties.
