Greetings to you all,
Glory to God! Glory to God! Glory to God! This ship is beginning to sail! I just wanted to catch you all up on our USA Directors Meeting held at Headquarters in California last week. The following is a brief outline, which will set the pace for this incredible year of Jubilee.

We opened everyday with one hour of Prayer, followed by an anointed time of Praise and Worship. Oh how the Lord came and visited us each morning as we began to seek His face concerning this Organization. Our eyes were opened and our hearts were tuned to hear from God. Unity, Anointing, uplifting, exciting and informative were some of the comments of the approximate 60 of our 90 USA Directors who came from all over the nation for this special meeting. Many of us agreed that this was the greatest unity we have known and as the prophetic word was spoken NOW LETS ROLL we all answered the call and began to focus on the task in front of us.

We began Friday with the current financial report, given by our financial Task Force. We all rejoiced to hear that FGBMFI is clear of all debt and completely current in every category. With no past obligation to hinder us we can now move forward in the work of the Lord.

Recently we began to utilize a Task Force concept, which proved to be invaluable. With the Task Force concept we were able to meet and talk about sensitive issues and bring a collective recommendation to the Directors for discussion and endorsement. With little exception we endorsed the work of each Task Force and set our sights on the other items of business we had in front of us. Here is an outline of the items we covered:

• Team reports and discussions from our several operational Task Forces.
  19 special items of business and orientation.
  $ A Day Task Force began a 1000 PARTNER campaign
  The Task Force concept took hold in America.
  We became a team, the USA Directors Team.

One special note to mention was The Voice Magazine Task Force. We heard testimonies of the mighty work God was doing through the anointed ministry of Voice Magazine. One Director told us how he used the Voice as a witnessing tool and that 1 out of 4 people pray the pray of salvation after reading through the back page. He went on to report that 10,000 decisions for Christ were made in his area alone. After this great testimony, the Directors committed to over 100 new Voice bundles in 30 days. That is a total of 60,000 Voice magazines a year, PRAISE THE LORD.

At the conclusion of our formal meeting agenda, the Directors packed up in cars and drove to Headquarters. Our staff of 9 employees was eager to greet them and show them through our small, but effective operation. Each Director took his time to visit some of the Departments and meet the staff. We all ended up in the warehouse rejoicing together. Wow, the Glory of God hit that place and we will never be the same. Everyone who was able to sense the Lord was blessed by this special moment as Vangie gave a tearful gratitude of thanks to those who had remained Faithful in the difficult times the Fellowship has experienced over the years. She went on to say; NOW WE CAN REJOICE, and we did! Then Ron Weinbender spoke, with the authority of God and we could easily see the future of FGBMFI unfolding right in front of our eyes. None of this was planned but it seemed to break any yoke of bondage and the impact was incredible.

While at the office, almost every director took the opportunity to pray in our International prayer center. They knelt on the original Persian carpet from the Shakarian family home where my father Demos, 50 years before, had prayed and received the vision. Later, many of them testified how God spoke to them as they knelt on that special carpet, in that anointed room.

By Saturday morning the constant Prayer, Praise and Worship was having its effect on the Directors and me. In the morning meeting, I had a chance to share the future Vision of FGBMFI. As we began to Worship, We could feel the Lords endorsement in the direction He was leading the Fellowship and I began to speak what God had given me to share with the Directors. The Lord showed me that Superstars might make the news, but only a team can win. I told them that we have to break the mold and get out of the box to set the world on fire. I know God has called us to reach the next generation with new Ways and new Waves.

Today we are missing too many people in the marketplace, but by the grace of God we are going to begin to reach into the communities and start winning this lost generation to Christ. As a team we are going to win the National battle against the evil that is facing this generation, and the next. We finished this session with a powerful time of ministry where the Power of God fell on the Directors as I prayed for each one of them.

On Saturday night, we were in a state of Joy and Unity. With each Director committed to take the God given mandates back to their regions. We will now work in unison with the International Headquarters to fulfill the Vision God gave us so many years ago. In the light of this great Joy and Unity, the Directors gave the largest offering they have ever given to the work of the International Headquarters.

I tell you again Glory to God! Glory to God! Glory to God! This ship has set sail, toward fulfilling the Vision!
