Payment Options
We accept MasterCard/Visa, Discover, Money Order/Cashier's Check, Personal and Corporate Checks, Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. Please note that checks do require a hold for clearance period of 10 business days, before items are shipped. International payments must be in $US funds

Cancellation and Refunds
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective when FGBMFI, has been received that effectuates the cancellation as written notification at the headquarters.

If written cancellation is received prior to 90 days before convention start date, a 20% fee of your deposit amount will be forfeited. If your cancellation is made to FGBMFI within 45 days of convention start date, cancellation charges of 50% fee of your deposit amount will be levied.

The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the convention registration price.
